Overview[]
The Act provides for the Secretary of State to obtain information regarding the sale or hire of television receiving sets. The Act also allows the Secretary of State to prohibit the manufacturer or importation of certain wireless telegraphy apparatus to control the installation of such apparatus in vehicles.
