This report looks at whether the existing requirements of current law adequately assure the cybersecurity and reliable operation of the U.S. electricity grid today (and the Smart Grid of tomorrow), discusses the scope and point of application of regulations, and where the overall responsibility rests for the cybersecurity of the grid.
