The Standards of Interoperability for Electronic Government (ePING) is an architecture developed by the Brazilian federal government

which defines a minimum set of conditions, policies and technical specifications to promote interoperability for e-government services to citizens, businesses, government entities (at all levels) and non-government organizations. The e-PING sets standards in five areas: security, information exchange, interactions, means of access and integration.[1]
