Overview

This Report's development was led by the National Security Agency (NSA) and included the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Department of Defense's High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA), Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

The report proposed a research, development, and engineering program known as the Integrated High-End Computing (IHEC) Program.
