CD Standard[]

The Red Book refers to the CD-DA audio CD format introduced by Sony and Philips that defines the number of tracks on the disc that contain digital audio data and the error correction technology that can recover sound from minor data loss.

Red Book is

the common name for the DOD document containing the trusted network interpretation of the trusted computer system evaluation criteria.[1]

It is more formally known as the Trusted Network Interpretation.
