Recipient,

A recipient is:
- a person or entity that receives an e-mail or other message over the Internet or other computer or telecommunications network.
- an authorized user of the electronic mail address to which the message was sent or delivered.
Internet[]
A recipient is "[a] protocol entity that receives communications from an initiator.[3]
