Overview[]
This Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) is required under Section 511 of the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007 (the Act), and is conducted by the DHS Chief Privacy Officer under the Authority of Section 222 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002, as amended.
This Privacy Impact Assessment examines the privacy implications of the State, Local and Regional Fusion Center Initiative, as well as for DHS' State and Local Program Management Office (SLPMO) which has managerial responsibility for the SLFC Program.
