The Department of Homeland Security's Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM) (formerly US-VISIT)

It also manages (1) the Automated Biometric Identification System (ABIS), which maintains biometric information that DHS collects from nonimmigrants upon their entry into the United States, and (2) the Arrival and Departure Information System (ADIS), which tracks and matches arrival and departure records for the purpose of identifying potential overstays.
