This edition of the President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee's Issue Review provides a comprehensive report on issues addressed by the NSTAC from its first meeting in December 1982 to its most recent meeting on May 6, 2010.
For each topic the NSTAC addressed, the Issue Review provides the following information when applicable: names of the investigating groups, length of time required for the investigation, issue background, a synopsis of actions and recommendations, measures resulting from NSTAC recommendations, reports issued, and members of the current/active investigating groups.
