Appellate Court Proceedings[]
The court held that personal knowledge testimony regarding the information entered into the computer is not required, nor is it necessary to have the preparer testify. However, the testimony is required of a custodian or other qualified witness who can testify that the computer records were made in the ordinary course of business, that they were made contemporaneously, what the sources of the information were, and the method and circumstances of preparation.
