Overview[]
This is a model law on computer crime developed by the Commonwealth. It was an effort by the Commonwealth countries to harmonize their computer-related criminal law with the Convention on Cybercrime. The model law serves as an example of common principles each country can use to adapt framework legislation compatible with other Commonwealth countries.
