Overview[]
The International Information Assurance Program is a program within the Department of Defense Chief Information Office (DoD CIO). It develops strategy and policy recommendations for international computer network defense and information assurance programs. It supports the DoD's efforts to make international partnerships a key pillar of its cyber security strategy. It also develops international agreements for exchanges of computer network defense information with key partner countries and international organizations. It works closely with all elements of DoD in the conduct of international cyber security activities to support overall DoD strategy and policy.
