Overview[]
This DTM, in accordance with Section 922 of Public Law 113-66 and in accordance with the authority in DoD Directive 5143.01, establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and provides procedures for internal coordination and prioritization of intelligence priorities of Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Joint Staff, the Combatant Commands (CCMDs), and the Military Departments to improve identification of the intelligence needs of the DoD.
