Overview[]
The Information Warfare Monitor was established in 2002 as a joint activity of the Citizen Lab, Munk School of Global Affairs, University of Toronto, and the SecDev Group (formerly the Advanced Network Research Group, University of Cambridge, UK). It was an independent research activity tracking the emergence of cyberspace as a strategic domain. Its mission was to build and broaden the evidence base available to scholars, policy makers, and others.
The project closed in January 2012.
