Overview[]
This document provides guidance interpreting the ISE Privacy Guidelines requirements and outlines possible methods or best practices to assist agencies in implementing this requirement. This Guidance is designed to serve as a vehicle to assist agencies in identifying the range of potential CR/CL issues that may arise in the ISE, provide recommendations to ISE participants regarding the manner in which they may address these issues through the development of ISE CR/CL policies and procedures, and discuss the legal basis for the recommendations.
