The court upheld Honeywell's attempted replevin of computer equipment, where the defendant failed to make the required lease payments. The defendant contended that

the equipment failed to perform properly as justification for withholding payment. The defense was denied "where, as here, performance was not a condition of payment under the Agreements.[1]
