The High-Performance Computing and Communications Program (HPCC Program) is a multiagency program of research and development (R&D) for high-performance computing. The HPCC Program has evolved over time and is now called the Networking and Information Technology Research and Development Program (NITRD), to better reflect its expanded mission.
