Overview[]
The Government Information Technology Services Board (GITSB) was established by Executive Order 13011 to implement the Clinger-Cohen Act. The Board supports continued implementation of the recommendations of the National Performance Review; identifies and promotes the development of innovative technologies, standards, and practices; and creates opportunities for cross-agency cooperation, intergovernmental approaches, and multi-agency projects.
