Overview
This Executive Order 12382, as amended by Executive Order 13286 (Feb. 28, 2003, created the President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee, which provides to the President, through the Secretary of Homeland Security, information and advice from the perspective of the telecommunications industry with respect to the implementation of the National Security Telecommunications Policy.
