Citation

Executive Order 11717, Transferring Certain Functions from the Office of Management and Budget to the General Services Administration and the Department of Commerce (May 9, 1973) (38 Fed. Reg. 12315, 3 C.F.R., 1971-1975 Comp., at 766), superseded by Executive Order 11893 (Dec. 31, 1975), Ch. 34, to the extent it is inconsistent with that order.

Overview

This Order transferred to the Secretary of Commerce functions being performed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB relating to the establishment of government-wide ADP standards, including the function of approving standards on behalf of the President.
