The court permanently enjoined enforcement of a Minnesota statute prohibiting individuals under age 17 from renting or purchasing videogames rated AO or M by the Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB), on First Amendment grounds and because use of the ESRB rating system as a legal standard constituted an improper delegation of governmental authority.
