The initiatives set forth in this document were targeted at improving the quality of services to citizens, businesses, governments and government employees, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of the federal government. Managing partner agencies are currently leading efforts to implement each initiative in a phased approach that builds on the re-launch of the FirstGov portal.
