This guidance explains what organizations need to do to comply with the U.K. Data Protection Act 1998 when providing information about their employees under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 as amended by the Collective Redundancies and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 (known as TUPE).
