Overview[]
The purpose of this paper is to examine how the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and other State regulators can further address cybersecurity as it relates to grid resiliency, reliability and safety. In particular, this paper recommends that the CPUC opens an Order Instituting Rulemaking (OIR) to further investigate appropriate cybersecurity policies.
