NATO's Cyber Defense Management Board (CDMB) consists of leaders of NATO political, military, operational and technical staffs with responsibilities for cyber defense. They coordinate cyber defense activities throughout NATO HQ and associated commands and agencies. The Board operates under auspices of HQ NATO ESCD.
It has been signing memoranda of understanding with the appropriate authority in each member nation in order to implement NATO's new cyber defense policies and capabilities. As of January 2012, nearly twenty such agreements have been signed.
