The Cyber Clean Center is a Japanese organization that is active in analyzing characteristics of BOTs, and providing information on removing BOTs from users' computers. In addition, the Center is a core organization taking a role to promote BOT cleaning and prevention of reinfection of users' computers which were previously infected by BOTs, based on cooperation with ISPs.
The Center is a joint effort of the Japanese Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) and the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
