Overview[]
In addition to and in support of the international initiatives already taken to combat cyber crime, this paper considers the means for the exchange of technical and forensic expertise between national law enforcement authorities, as well as the need for international deliberations on present and future legal measures for international cooperation in the investigation of cyber crime.
