Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2013, Pub. L. No 113–6 (Mar. 2013).

Overview

The Act transferred the legacy US-VISIT overstay analysis mission to ICE and entry/exit policy and operations to CBP. The Act also transferred the biometric identity management functions to OBIM, a newly created office within the NPPD. ^[1]
