This Manual examines many of the issues,factors and obstacles which may surface in the use of expert witnesses in computer-related crime cases.
It is a simple, easy-to-understand reference tool that guides those individuals who need the assistance of experts in computer-related crime investigations and prosecutions. It outlines how someone should proceed in the expert's selection. The Manual also details the economics that should be considered in the selection of an expert.
