Overview[]
This report is based on extensive surveys and case studies of OECD Member countries over a two year period. It provides a unique source of comparative information on measures adopted in OECD countries to strengthen citizens' access to information, to enhance consultation and encourage their active participation in policy-making. The report offers an overall framework within which to examine a wide range of country experiences, identify examples of good practice, and highlight innovative approaches.
