Definition[]

As applied to encryption items, [a business unit] means a unit of a business which, whether or not separately incorporated, has:
(a) a distinct organizational structure which does not overlap with other business units of the same business;
(b) a distinct set of accounts; and
(c) separate facilities for purchase, sale, delivery, and production of goods and services.[1]
