The Bomb and Arson Tracking System (BATS) is a web-based incident collection and sharing program. It facilitates and promotes the collection, sharing and diffusion of intelligence information concerning fires, arsons, and the criminal misuse of explosives. BATS is used as a case management system by law enforcement organizations throughout the United States. BATS facilitates the connection of the nation’s fire and explosives investigations through the use of reliable, stable and secure information and communications technologies.
