Overview[]
This Communication called for a structured process of consultation and dialogue on network and information security to be established with relevant stakeholders, including public administrations, private sector and individual users, and ENISA, as appropriate.

It also highlighted the strategic importance that European industry be both a demanding user and a competitive supplier of network and information security products and services.
