U.S. Copyright Office[]
In the U.S. Copyright Office, a 2-D barcode is generated when an applicant completes Form CO on the Copyright Office's website. The 2-D barcode is unique for each work registered. It contains information that the applicant has entered on the blank form, but in encrypted format.
